Led by intuition, awareness of body structure, and breath patterns, my goal is to guide you into a practice that resonates deeply and allows you to surrender into you.  I utilize props heavily to support your body into a place of trust, while encouraging you to be gentle with yourself.  My goal is for you to remember that your yoga is yours alone - there is no competition.
